  • Electrical or electronic defects not caused by misuse
  • Motor and mechanism failures (motorized products)
  • Premature fabric degradation (not due to UV/cleaning)
  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products
  • Labour costs for in-warranty repairs
  • Replacement parts for covered defects

  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage after delivery
  • Screen fabric damage due to improper cleaning
  • Issues arising from incorrect installation (non-Elcor installers)
  • Power surge damage (ensure proper surge protection)
  • Damage from water, moisture, or extreme temperatures
  • Image burn-in on display panels from static content
  • Consumables (bulbs, fuses, batteries)

✕ Warranty Void if —

  • Product has been modified or tampered with
  • Serial number label removed or defaced
  • Unauthorised repair attempts
  • Physical damage caused by accident or misuse
  • Product used outside its specified voltage range
  • Warranty period has expired
  • Proof of purchase (invoice) cannot be provided

How to Make a Warranty Claim

The warranty claim process is straightforward. Here's what happens from first contact to resolution.

Call, WhatsApp, or email our support team describing the defect with photos or video.

Provide Invoice

Share your original purchase invoice and product serial number to verify warranty eligibility.

Remote Diagnosis

Our technical team will attempt to resolve the issue remotely or confirm an on-site visit is needed.

Assessment Visit

A certified technician inspects the product and confirms whether the defect is warranty-covered.

Repair or Replace

We repair or replace the defective product or component at no cost within the warranty period.
