Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Elcor Screen through our website, direct sales team, or authorised distributors. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Shipping Coverage

Elcor Screen delivers products across India through our pan-India logistics and installation network. We currently serve 800+ cities including all major metros — Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad — as well as a large number of Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

2. Order Processing Time

After your order is confirmed and payment is received:

  • Standard stock items — processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days
  • Custom / made-to-order items — lead time is typically 7–21 business days depending on product complexity, size, and current production schedule
  • Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day

You will receive a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order ships.


3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Delhi/NCR — 1–3 business days
  • Major metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune) — 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 cities — 4–7 business days
  • Tier 3 cities and remote locations — 7–14 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, or logistical constraints in remote areas.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
  • For certain products and locations, free delivery may be offered — this will be clearly stated at the time of purchase
  • For large or bulky items (such as large-format projection screens, video wall panels, or motorised systems), freight charges will be calculated based on product size, weight, and delivery destination
  • Installation and site visits may be billed separately as per the agreed service package

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. Projection screens, flat panel displays, and fragile AV equipment are packed with protective foam, corner guards, and double-walled cartons where applicable. Large items are crated or secured on pallets for safe long-distance transit.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification via email or SMS containing:

  • Courier partner name
  • Tracking number / airway bill (AWB) number
  • Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website or app. For assistance, contact our support team.


7. Professional Installation Service

Many Elcor Screen products — including electric projection screens, motorised projector lifts, interactive flat panels, and video wall systems — require professional installation. Our trained installation teams are available in all major cities.

  • Installation is scheduled separately after product delivery, based on your availability
  • Installation charges will be communicated at the time of order, or are included in the package price where stated
  • Please ensure adequate access and site readiness before the scheduled installation date

8. Inspection on Delivery

We strongly recommend inspecting your delivery at the time of receipt:

  • Check the outer packaging for any visible signs of damage before accepting the shipment
  • If the package appears damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before opening
  • In case of significant visible damage, you may refuse delivery and contact us immediately
  • Report any missing items, wrong products, or concealed damage within 48 hours of delivery

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us at info@elcorscreen.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide your order number, photos of the damaged item, and a description of the issue
  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion, at no additional cost to you
  • Claims reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement under the shipping damage policy (product warranty may still apply)

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times if you are unavailable
  • After failed attempts, the package may be held at the nearest courier hub for a specified period
  • If the shipment is returned to us due to non-delivery, re-dispatch charges may apply
  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number provided at the time of order are accurate

11. Delays Beyond Our Control

Elcor Screen is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, floods, or severe weather conditions
  • Strikes or disruptions at logistics hubs or courier facilities
  • Government-imposed restrictions, lockdowns, or curfews
  • Customs or regulatory holds (for international shipments)

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to dispatch your order at the earliest opportunity.
