From Brief to Delivery
Submit Your Brief
Share your requirements — size, quantity, spec, timeline, and any drawings or references. The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond with a proposal.
Feasibility & Quotation
Our engineering and production teams review your brief and provide a detailed quotation with unit pricing, tooling costs (if any), lead time, and specification confirmation.
Sample / Prototype
For new custom configurations, we produce a pre-production sample for your review and approval before committing to full production. Modifications are accommodated at this stage.
Production Run
Upon sample approval and purchase order confirmation, we schedule and execute the production run under our standard ISO QC process with batch traceability.
QC, Packing & Dispatch
Every unit undergoes functional and cosmetic QC before custom packing. Goods are dispatched with full documentation and tracking — domestic or international.
