You can register your product by emailing info@elcorscreen.com with your invoice copy, product serial number, and installation date. Registration ensures faster support response and validates your warranty coverage.
Is on-site support available outside major cities?
Yes. Elcor has authorised service partners across 800+ cities. For remote or Tier 3 locations, our team will arrange the nearest authorised technician. Travel and accommodation charges may apply for very remote locations.
What information should I have ready when raising a support request?
Please have your purchase invoice/order number, product model and serial number, a brief description of the issue, and photos or a short video of the problem. This helps our team diagnose the issue faster and prepare the right replacement parts if needed.
Do you charge for after-sales support visits?
Support visits for warranty-covered defects within the warranty period are free of charge. Out-of-warranty repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) services are chargeable. Our team will provide a detailed quotation before proceeding with any paid work.
What is an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and do I need one?
