Facility Overview
Built for Precision at Scale
Our New Delhi manufacturing hub integrates engineering, fabrication, quality control, and logistics under one roof — giving us complete command over every product we ship.
🏭
In-House Fabrication
Aluminium extrusion, CNC cutting, motorised mechanism assembly, and frame welding — all handled internally for precision tolerance and consistent quality.
🧵
Fabric Cutting & Tensioning
Premium projection fabrics — matte white, ALR, acoustically transparent, and 4K/8K rated — are precision-cut and tensioned in dust-controlled environments.
⚙️
Motor & Electronics Assembly
Electric screen motors, limit switches, RF/IR control boards, and wiring harnesses assembled and tested in a dedicated electronics workshop.
🔬
QC & Testing Lab
Every unit undergoes multi-stage inspection — dimensional verification, gain measurement, motor cycle testing, and final visual QC before packaging.
📦
Packaging & Logistics
Custom protective packaging designed for safe transit across India's diverse logistics networks, with export-grade crating for international orders.
🔧
R&D Workshop
Dedicated space for prototyping custom OEM orders, new product development, and continuous improvement of existing product lines.
Production Process
From Raw Material to Ready to Install
01
Material Procurement & Inspection
Aluminium profiles, projection fabrics, motor units, and hardware are sourced from approved vendors and inspected against incoming quality standards before entering the facility.
02
Precision Cutting & Fabrication
CNC-guided cutting ensures aluminium frames and fabric panels are produced to exact specifications — critical for achieving flat, ripple-free projection surfaces in every screen size.
03
Surface Treatment & Coating
Aluminium components are anodised or powder-coated for corrosion resistance. Fabric receives anti-static and flame-retardant treatments where applicable.
04
Assembly & Integration
Mechanical assembly of frames, motor mechanisms, tab-tension systems, and electronics. Each stage follows a documented SOP with sign-off checkpoints.
05
Functional & Quality Testing
Every finished unit is cycle-tested (electric screens), gain-measured (optical fabrics), and dimensionally verified before a final visual and cosmetic QC pass.
06
Packaging & Dispatch
Units are packed in custom-designed protective packaging, labelled, and dispatched via our pan-India logistics network or export freight forwarders.
