Submit Your Export Enquiry
Share your product requirements, quantities, destination country, and preferred Incoterms via our enquiry form or email. Our export team responds within 24 business hours with a preliminary quotation.
Quotation & Sample Review
We issue a detailed pro forma invoice (PI) with unit prices, packaging specs, and lead times. Physical or photographic samples can be arranged for new buyers prior to bulk order confirmation.
Order Confirmation & Advance Payment
Orders are confirmed upon receipt of an advance payment (typically 30–50% T/T). For established buyers, open account and LC terms are available subject to credit assessment.
Manufacturing & Quality Inspection
Products are manufactured or prepared at our Delhi facility. A full quality inspection is conducted prior to packing. Buyers may arrange third-party pre-shipment inspection at their cost.
Export Packing & Documentation
Goods are packed to export standards. All shipping documents — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, BL/AWB, test certificates — are prepared and shared digitally.
Dispatch & Post-Shipment Support
Shipment tracking details are shared upon dispatch. Our team remains available for any customs queries, product technical questions, or after-sales support post-delivery.
