The material allows sound to pass through without compromising audio quality — enabling a true cinema experience with a perfectly centred audio image.
Micro-Perforated Engineering
The fabric features 0.5 mm diameter micro-holes punched uniformly across the entire surface. These significantly smaller holes — compared to traditional perforated screens — guarantee the absence of hot-spot effects at the centre of the screen and dramatically reduce the loss of luminosity typical of larger perforations. The result is a projection material that is acoustically transparent while maintaining the sharpness and brightness expected of a 1.0 gain front projection surface.
HD Home Theatre Fabric
With a 1.0 gain, a 150-degree wide viewing angle and a fabric thickness of 0.41 mm, the material is devised especially for 16:9 HD home cinema builds — viewing area 54\\\" H × 96\\\" W. Available with or without black borders. The standard black-border finish comes with eyelets for fixing to frames using screws, nails or hooks in minutes. No black back — the micro-perforations allow audio pass-through.
